GYM day
Went to the Gym recently with Patrick, His brother, Ryudei, Manda & Yanzi for some slimmin process N' ofcoz with coach lloyd around, he nv keeps his fats.
Started off with 67.2 KG! (inc. shoes. Food. lots of H2O)
Ended with 62.2 Kg =D
